IMPLEMENTATION OF EXPERIMENTAL MODEL OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF FUTURE BANKING SPECIALISTS

Abstract

An experimental model of professional qualities of future banking specialists is scientifically justified and described in the article. Formation of professional qualities of future banking specialists will be effective if in the course of their professional training designed course «Professional qualities of future banking specialists» is implemented. The objective of the course is to build a creative personality, who is capable to self2development, which is an important component of basic vocational education, familiarization the students with the meaning and the essence of professional skills of future banking specialists. The feature of the developed methodology is self inalienability of actions from the actions of self2esteem, as controlling its activity, the subjects of the educational process evaluate it and on the base of evaluation decide about the need for certain adjustments. Without self2control and self2esteem it cannot be self2regulation of the formation of professional qualities as a student who knows how to properly divide the work into separate stages, to plan their performance, compare their capabilities with standard actions, even if he is wrong, he will be able to properly assess their performance on the basis of adequate self2assessment to determine the degree of assimilation of certain aspects of educational activity, the degree of approximation to the desired level of formation of professional qualities. Phased mastering by educational material occurs at the transition from general knowledge to professional and gradual inclusion of previous material to the new group and the transition from learning to work independently.
