IN ORIGINS OF FOREIGN POLICY AND MODELS FRENCH, ITALIAN AND SPANISH DIPLOMACY (MEDITERRANEAN DIPLOMACY) OF THE EARLY MODERN PERIOD (XVI-XVIII CENTURY): PROBLEMS OF THE INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The basic directions of foreign policy and diplomacy features of formation models France, Italy and Spain in the early Modern period (XVI-XVIII century) is analized at the article. Particular attention is given to institutional development, achievements, problems and prospects of French, Italian and Spanish diplomatic services in the context of European development of the studying period. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of national diplomacy and foreign policy of Spain, Italy and France, which have centuries-old historical traditions and stages of institutional development. In the history of the diplomatic services of the State and institutional development in the history of their external relations diplomacy has always been regarded as part of the political culture as one of the most important means of protecting the state's interests in the process of state building and socio-cultural development of societies. The article deals with the analysis of the foreign policy and diplomacy of the European states of the early Modern time (XVI–XVIII centuries). Particular atten- tion is given to the concepts “Europe”, “war” and “peace” in the context of the institutional development of diplomatic services and models of diplomacy of the main European states. The directions of the theoretical and practical development of diplomacy as well as the formation of public and political opinion of the early Modern time (XVI–XVIII centuries) are definedin the context of the conceptualization of Europe. Politics and diplomacy. Renaissance presents a logical continuation of the institutional political and diplomatic ideas of previous eras, including ancient. At the same time, it is completely independent, institutionally framed, original political and diplomatic thing, reflecting a holistic, political systems and heuristic and comprehend approach to the world around it and the individual at the world. In the Renaissance, was institutionalized new ideological paradigm. The Renaissance Culture drew attention of person to the mundane world and its charms, opening eyes on it beauty and creating a need for active cooperation in the knowledge of secrets, as well as creative and adjusting the image perpetuating its political and diplomatic means.
