Influence of Educational Interaction on Formation of Future Teachers-Philologists’ Professional Communicative Competence

Abstract

The research deals with the impact of educational interaction as one of the important factors in creating positive psychological climate, and therefore positive motivation for the future teachers-philologists’ studies and professional activity. The scientists’ dissertations and other works containing information on educational interaction serve as research material. The scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, description and comparison have been used in order to study the scientific and educational literature and determine the level of elaboration of the problem under investigation, compare the researchers’ approaches to solving the problem and determining the areas of scientific research. Efficiency and personality orientation have been defined as qualitative characteristics of educational interaction, moreover personality-oriented interaction always has efficient nature. The nature of cooperation and interactions are changed in the process of studying: from common action with teacher to supported actions, and to imitating and self-training. The results obtained in the research prove that educational interaction is the basis for the formation of partnerships between teacher and students and between the students themselves, which is in the plane of innovative educational activity relating to higher professional education, first of all teacher’s activity. Arising in the conditions of common activity and direct communication between teacher and future teachers-philologists, educational interaction provides the efficiency of the process of forming the latter's professional communicative competence.
