INNOVATION-INTEGRATION STRATEGY FOR THE FORMATION OF DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES FOR ASSOCIATION PHARMACEUTICAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The Ukrainian pharmaceutical industry has broad prospects for development, but meets a number of problems, one of which is the extremely high cost of research, and therefore the high cost of raw materials. At the present stage of their operation, pharmaceutical companies are not ready to conduct largescale and long-term studies on the conditions of self-financing. In this regard, it is proposed to pool the resources of pharmaceutical companies, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. The research resulted in the innovative and integration strategy of forming the resources for the development of the association of pharmaceutical enterprises.
