INNOVATIVE ECOLOGY AS THE THEORETICAL BASIS OF ECOLOGICAL MODERNIZATION IN ECONOMIC SYSTEMS OF INTENSIVE TYPE

Abstract
Introduction. Due to the necessity of modernization and innovative development of the Russian economy, as well as a speedy solution to the serious environmental issues it is very timely the formation and development of scientific and academic discipline "Innovation Ecology", which also can be a theoretical basis of implementation of ecological, nature protection system modernization, especially their intensive type. Methods. We used quantitative methods for assessing the impact on the application of intensive methods of productive resources use, including natural resources on the effectiveness of economic processes. Results. Work showed that due to the increased role of innovation in the life of modern society, effectively use of the results and conclusions of the scientific discipline "Innovative Economy" containing the description of the theoretical foundations of the innovation economy and practical approaches to the organization of innovation in market conditions, it is advisable to develop the basics of scientific discipline "innovative environment", which is the most closely associated with the innovation economy. One of the main problems addressed in an innovative environment, should be a study of the environmental problem of subsystems in national and regional innovation systems. In addition, great importance is the study of financial and economic instruments and mechanisms, widely used in the system of state and municipal regulation of environmental innovation processes. Development of the main areas of research within the framework of a new scientific discipline "Innovation Ecology" will develop the optimal parameters for the use of technological processes and organizational conditions that meet environmental requirements and at the same time cost-effectiveness. Discussion. Formation and development of a new scientific discipline "innovative environment" is of great theoretical and practical significance, and its results use in economic practice will significantly improve the environmental and economic efficiency of the system of social reproduction.
