INTEGRATION OF THE SOCIAL DIALOGUE INTO THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS SYSTEM

Abstract
Purpose. To define the integration features of social dialogue into the system of economic and social-labour relations at the regional level. Methodology. To achieve the goal in the research process, the following methods have been applied: theoretical generalization and comparison (for disclosure of the essence, comparison of existing approaches to the definition of "mechanism" concept); abstract-logical (for definition of the basic common interests of economic activity participants); analysis and synthesis (when forming the conceptual mechanism scheme of integration of social dialogue with the economic relations system at the regional level), Findings. The existing approaches have been analyzed and the integration mechanism of social dialogue and economic relations system at the regional level has been proposed. It is substantiated that introduction of social dialogue is most relevant due to social and labor relations, which are formed between economically active population, representatives of business and regional authorities. It is deter-mined that the catalyst of the proposed mechanism is the interests of each group of participants in economic activity, which are directly related or closely correlated with each other. Originality. It has been determined that the integration mechanism for social dialogue and economic relations should be a system of interrelated motives, principles, methods and regulatory tools and also sources of funding for certain activities within the framework of joint activities between the authorities, employers, economically active population for ensuring effective interaction, economic development and social cohesion of the territory inhabitants. Practical value. Proposed mechanism is relevant for any oblast of our country, and its substantiated components provide clear instructions concerning establishment a process of interaction between the participants from each group of future partners at the regional level. Conclusions. Adherence of these recommendations about construction of integration mechanism for social dialogue within the system of economic relations, which is actively transforming now, will help to bring the regional community as close as possible to the mutual understanding and the desired state of social partnership to ensure its own sustainable development and sustainable development of the entire country.
