Investigation of crimes, committed by law enforcement officials by violating the procedure for the administration or provision of justice

Abstract
The article outlines the main features of the investigation of crimes committed by officials of law enforcement agencies by violating the procedure for the implementation or maintenance of justice. The author discloses typical investigative situations of the initial stage of investigation of such crimes, defines algorithms of investigator actions. The tactical peculiarities of conducting separate investigative (search) actions are considered.
