Abstract
The concept of social-psychological relations is revealed. Socio-psychological relations – these are relations that exist at all levels of social reality: and interpersonal, and intergroup, and relations between groups and individuals in society. The difference between socio-psychological and psychological relationships is revealed. An estimation of social health specialist of the economic sphere is given. It is emphasized that with the help of integral criteria it is expedient to assess the social health of specialists in the economic sphere. In modern studies, one of the aspects of socio-psychological consideration of interpersonal relations is the problem of harmony and disharmony of these relationships. Stress resistance is the ability to withstand certain psychophysical stresses and to carry stress without harm to the body and the psyche. It is proved that according to the results of social-psychological research among the experts of the economic sphere stress resistance is necessary for the preservation of mental health. The phenomenon of social and psychological adaptation is characterized. Social-psychological adaptation is a system of interactions with the environment, which includes three strategies: passive adjustment; active adaptation of the requirements of the environment itself; environment transformation. Singled out the role of social and psychological features of management of occupational health professionals’ economic sphere. The basic directions of formation and preservation of occupational health professionals’ economic sphere. The main areas of formation and preservation of occupational health are the following: carrying out of measures for professional self-realization of specialists of the economic sphere; creation and development of psychological support services and assistance to specialists in the economic sphere; motivation and stimulation of the specialists of the economic sphere for productive work; introduction of programs such as "Health Day", "My Choice – Health", "Corporate Health", "Health Festival" etc into corporate culture formation programs; introduction of preventive and motivational training aimed at developing the competence of specialists in the field of occupational health education: increasing the level of professional self-awareness; familiarization with effective forms of work; the formation of skills for maintaining health in the workplace and setting up a healthy lifestyle.
