Jurisdictional process in the theory of law.

Abstract
The article attempts to determine the essence and main characteristics of the jurisdictional process. Jurisdictional process in the theory of law is a complex system of legal orders (forms) of activities of authorized state bodies, officials, as well as those interested in solving various legal cases of other subjects of law. This process is regulated by legal (procedural and procedural) norms, and its results are fixed in the relevant legal acts (official documents).
