LEGAL REGULATION OF SOCIAL POLICY

Abstract
The paper analyzes social standards in Ukraine. The method of evaluating the effectiveness of social policy by the share of the wage fund in GDP and the proportions of distribution in society is substantiated. It is proposed to determine at the level of the law the size of the wage fund, which amounts to 30–40% of the value added, and to ensure that the minimum and average wage ratios are not more than 1:3 and the minimum and maximum not more than 1:10.
