Legal regulation of the conclusion of labor contract under the legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article is sanctified to study the legal regulation of the conclusion of labor contract. The concept of meaning “conclusion of labor contract”, the legal regulation of the procedure of the conclusion of labor contract under the legislation of Ukraine and the draft Labor Code of Ukraine has been analyzed. Disadvantages of current legislation have been also analyzed and formulated proposals how to improve the provisions of the existing labor legislation and the draft Labor Code of Ukraine, taking into account the conducted research.
