Methodic aspects to improve strategic planning at commercial enterprises consumer cooperation in the formation of competitive strategy

Abstract
Аt present commercial enterprises of consumer cooperatives operating in highly competitive, characterized by saturation of the market with goods, the emergence of a growing number of business trade, expansion of sales networks shops of famous Ukrainian retailers, rising demands of customers. Given the fact that trade has always been a key activity for the system of consumer cooperatives, a priority for its commercial enterprises are choosing competitive strategies that will ensure the achievement of competitive advantages of commercial establishments network. To develope the methodical approach to the formation of competitive strategy in trade of consumer cooperatives. Propozed the methodical approach to the formation of the competitive strategy of trade enterprise of consumer cooperatives in the form of a sequence of steps, which is a feature of the consideration of competitive advantage. Conclusions: the results allow to improve strategic planning in trade of consumer cooperatives.
