METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR FORMATION AND CAPITALIZATION OF SYNTHESIZED CAPITAL

Abstract
In this work there have been proposed a methodological basis for the formation and capitalization of synthesized capital, which includes a description of differences in the synthesized equity principles, empirical, theoretical, logical and methodological foundations, institutional, information, resources, infrastructure, motivational conditions, methods of formation, use and capitalization of synthesized capital: acquisition, creation or attraction of research institutions, economic, socio-psychological, organizational and legal methods.
