МОДЕЛЬНЕ ЗОБРАЖЕННЯ ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОГО ПРОЦЕСУ УТИЛІЗАЦІЇ НІТРОГЕНВМІСНИХ СПОЛУК В КОНДЕНСАТАХ СОКОВОЇ ПАРИ ВИРОБНИЦТВА КАРБАМІДУ ШЛЯХОМ СИНТЕЗУ ГІДРАЗИН СУЛЬФАТУ

Abstract
The results of the work of the modeling plant for the synthesis of hydrazine sulfate from condensates of juice steam of carbamide production with a maximum productivity of 0.9 kg / day, provided the flow rate of the synthesis solution is 7.2 dm3 / h. The degree of conversion of Nitrogen in hydrazine to hypochlorite is about 25%. A sketch of a synthesis reactor of hydrazine-raw material using a mono-mode microwave radiation distribution system is presented. An original design of an electromagnetic synthesis reactor with the use of a monomodal wave distribution system in the microwave radiation zone is developed, which can be used not only for the synthesis of N2H4, but also for high temperature endothermic processes for the synthesis of chemical substances. A principally-technological scheme for the synthesis of hydrazine sulfate from condensates of juice cobamide production steam using electromagnetic synthesis of hydrazine-rust was developed and described.
