MODULAR COMPLEX FOR ENSURING EMERGENCY-RESCUE WORKS IN MINE AND MINES

Abstract

The article describes a promising complex on the basis of a monorail mine transport, made according to the modular principle. The composition and number of modules varies from the type of accident and the power of the locomotive. The complex is designed to carry out the transportation of rescuers, the evacuation of victims, as well as the delivery of mine-rescue equipment and materials to the accident site. When performing labor-intensive operations for extinguishing fires, dismantling blockages and the destruction of structures, the complex is an autonomous source of hydraulic energy for the applied machinery and means of mechanization. As part of the work carried out, transport modules were manufactured, as well as integrated tests (fire tests) for the prevention of repeated explosions (quick tear-down of emergency workings) and fire suppression (fire classes A, B, C). The complex is intended for professional mine rescue units and mine rescue formations.
