NORMATIVE AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF POLICE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The main issues of the legislative security of professional police training are researched in the article. The legal basis which regulates the organization of the educational process in the Internal Affairs bodies of Ukraine is analyzed. The author said that basic legal principles of professional police training in Ukraine are changing and developing nowadays as the important element of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs reforming. The shortcomings of the normative and legal support of professional police training are indicated in the article. The author proposes to provide the expert and further systematization of these shortcomings.
