Normative and legal support for cross-border cooperation to counteracting human trafficking

Abstract
There is studying the features of the legislation of cross-border cooperation of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies in counteracting human trafficking. The key norms of international and national legislation in this direction was analyzed and disclosed. An attempt was made to research the state of cross-border cooperation in the detection of offences and investigation the human trafficking. Possible ways of development of technologies and technologies was defined. The possible ways of activating and increasing the level of effectiveness of such cooperation specially authorized subjects of the Ukrainian’s National police was determined.
