ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT THE FIRST PRINCIPLES OF HEALTH LAW ON TERRITORY OF UKRAINE IN THE PERIOD IX – EARLY ХХ CENTURY

Abstract
The article investigates the historical and legal aspects of primary sources of medical law on the territory of Ukrainian lands during the IX – early ХХ century. The basic stages of evolution attempts on the legal regulation of social relationships on health, analyzed the historical and legal sources, which contain information on the organization of medical care in Ukraine. Based on the analysis conclusions about the traditions and specifics of legal regulation of the healthcare system in Ukrainian lands.
