Abstract
У статті розглянуто особливості управління підприємством в умовах кризи, а також вказано зміни в антикризовому управлінні, що спричинені дією кризових явищ. Визначено рівень їхнього впливу на підприємство та розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи управління підприємством. Досліджено особливості вибору стратегій ціноутворення для управління підприємством в умовах кризи.
