Parliamentary coalition as a criterion democracy and law in Ukraine

Abstract
The author substantiates the provision that in the democratic and legal state the supremacy of law should prevail, but not political expediency. The peculiarities of coalition formation in the Ukrainian parliament are studied. The factors of conflict of norms between the Constitution and laws and by-laws are considered. The factors of formation and disintegration of the Coalition in the Ukrainian parliament are specified.
