PERCEPTION OF PEER CONFLICT SITUATIONS BY STUDENTS IN EARLY SCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract

The first years of school education are vital in the context of personal development and the future fate of individuals. Conflicts which arise in this period at the educational level can influence the current and future personality and nature of students’ social relations. A detailed examination of this topic and application of empirical effort are certainly among the most pedagogically significant issues. The term ‘conflict’ covers probably the most important current problems of upbringing regarding such phenomena as aggression and violence among children and adolescents. The article presents the results of studies concerning perception of conflict situations by lower grade students<br/><br/>
