PROBLEMS OF DETERMINING THE SUBJECT OF THE CRIME IN THE FIELD OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS

Abstract
The article investigates the problem of defining common features of the subject of the crimes encroaching on the sphere of physical culture and sports. The authors, considering the criteria required by the legislator in the framework of the legal institution of the subject of crime, reviewed and analyzed such features as natural, responsible person, the age of criminal responsibility in the context of crimes in the sphere of physical culture and sports.
