Abstract
The article investigates normative legal regulation of clean government in the context of the constitutional rights and freedoms in Ukraine. Analyzes the main legal Cleaning government from the standpoint of constitutional law under the rule of law. Materials are considered international legal institutions in this area, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine for constitutional rights and freedoms in the process of lustration in comparison with the process of implementation of the judiciary.
