Abstract
In the article the questions of legal aspects in relation to the determination of rights and obligations of the parties, the content providing producer services are seen. Investigated based on the theory of the law of obligations the legal nature of the rights and obligations of the parties. Defines the specific responsibilities of a producer based on the tasks stipulated in the contract on the provision of producer services. Fleshed out the rights and obligations of the parties.
