Research of innovation infrastructure formation: innovation process organization at the enterprise

Abstract
The article studied the issues of formation and development of the innovation infrastructure, that is activated and gaining strength through organization of the innovation activity and the innovation process at enterprises. Having a cyclical character, it changes not only the production technology, but also sets the trend for increasing the role of high-tech industries, serves as an impetus for development and intensification of the innovation activity, which is conditioned by constant enhancement of competition, which, in its turn, requires quick adaptation of producers to market demands and contributes to innovative potential and its components. Quick innovation engagement requires a well-developed infrastructure. In order to identify infrastructure changes, the evaluation of organizational and managerial actions of the enterprise management is made; the fact of availability of innovative technologies and their novelty coefficient is defined; the properties and the state of scientific and technical potential, in particular, the number of implemented and effective discoveries and inventions that allows us to talk about leaving competitors far behind and the ability to compete in international product markets, availability of human capacity; financial statement analysis and availability of the material and technical base in the field of science and technology is provided. The investment activity of the enterprise is a process of justification and implementation of the most effective forms of capital investment, aimed at maintaining or expanding the economic potential of the enterprise. Speaking about effectiveness of innovation investments from the point of their profit, one should not forget that the innovation activity can give positive or negative results that are out of value. The simple one involves creation and usage of the innovation within the same organization. In this case, the innovation does not acquire directly the commodity form. During the simple interorganizational innovation process, the innovation acts as an object being bought or sold. This form of the innovation process means separation of the function of an innovator from the function of its consumer. Innovation units as elements of the innovation infrastructure should take on the role of an internal management company, which, through improvement of effectiveness of the management actions, definition of requirements and standards for feasibility studies, should prepare and implement innovation projects, clearly understand the strategic objectives and priorities, distribute risks, optimize fiscal space through identification of additional capital, which will increase the investment amount in development of the enterprise innovation infrastructure.
