SOCIO-ECONOMIC ESSENCE AND EVOLUTION OF THE SYSTEM OF STATE REGULATION OF AGRICULTURE

Abstract
This article was a clarification of individual theoretical positions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the system of state regulation of agriculture. In addition to this achievement of this goal, the following tasks were set and solved: to clarify the concept and concept of the process of interaction between the state and the subjects of agrarian production; develop a methodology for determining the effectiveness of state support for agricultural producers, taking into account the transfer performance and the priority of its directions; to analyze the state of resource provision of the system of state regulation of regional agriculture; clarify the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of state regulation of agriculture by the end result; explore the distribution structure of state program support for agriculture and make proposals for its improvement; develop recommendations on the creation and operation of a network of regional agricultural centers to support import substitution
