SPECIES AND GEOPROSTORAL STRUCTURE OF INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article provides a classification of international contractual relations in accordance with the nature of the relationship between partners and a modified classification, taking into account the inherent features of a certain type of contractual relationship. The article presents analytical material, reflecting the world scale of the contractual relations’ use, both in the specific structure and in the sectoral structure. There were defined areas in which contractual relations generate the greatest socio-economic impact in terms of: the volume of sales, value added and employment. For some types of contractual relations, has been made an analysis of their geospatial structure and determined which countries and regions of the world are the largest customers and which of them are the providers.
