Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the formation and development of investment legislation in Ukraine. The key normative acts, which regulated legal relations on investment in construction, were analyzed. Periodization of the development of legislation in this area has been carried out, depending on the time and content of these acts. Changes in investment legislation aimed at transition from state financing of construction to fund raising from private investors are revealed.
