State regulation of tourist services Ukraine

Abstract
The article defines the existing models of state regulation of tourism activities and the main regulatory and legal acts regulating the sphere of tourist services in Ukraine. It is established, for Ukraine it is most expedient to use the European model. The separate experience of foreign states on cardinal reforming of tourist sphere for increase of its efficiency is established, the activity of separate foreign agencies and administrations which are engaged in promotion of national tourist product in the international market and regulate tourist flows is analyzed. The author suggests ways to improve the state regulation of the tourist services market in Ukraine with regard to the adoption of certain regulatory and legal acts that will regulate the activities of certain types of tourism; Definition of a separate organization that will promote the Ukrainian tourist product on the international market; Harmonization of domestic legislation in accordance with EU standards; Creation of a favorable investment climate.
