The analysis of the development features of the municipal heat and power engineering in Ukraine. Energy saving aspect

Abstract
The equipment, a significant part of which is worn out and operates with low indicators of technological efficiency has been used in the Ukrainian communal heat and power engineering. The aim of the study is to analyze possible ways and means of municipal heat power engineering in the visible perspective. The objectives of the study are the development of approaches, methods and means to increase the level of technological efficiency of the elements of the system: heat sources, heat networks, heat-consuming equipment of consumers. The solution of problems is possible by increasing the energy efficiency of existing equipment and improving the quality of control of the modes of operation of heat supply systems, taking into account the requirements of the energy saving program. The results of the stagnation stage of development of the domestic communal heat and power engineering, its important element - centralized heating systems, are analyzed. The low level of the components of the technological efficiency of these systems functioning, due to the strong wear and tear of the equipment of their elements: heat sources, thermal grids and heat consumers' equipment was noted. The actual tasks of the energy saving problem, which are to increase the degree of scientific and technical perfection of communal heat and power engineering, are analyzed. Expedient approaches, ways and means for solving the tasks of the energy saving program in the municipal heat and power industry, the implementation of which in the visible perspective must be done in every possible way are considered. Attention is drawn to the importance of accelerated development and use of progressive, innovatively rich scientific and organizational-technical solutions in the program activities. The environmental aspect of the expected results of the implementation of the energy saving program in the domestic communal heat and power engineering was noted. The implementation of the program for the complete renewal of communal heat and power engineering equipment will contribute to raising the level of technological efficiency of the functioning of the domestic energy sector as a whole.
