For the realization of target science researching to examinated philosophical basis interpretation causality or non-causality. The examinated philosophical indications of causal connection and non-causal connections: functional connection, connections of conditioning, temporal connection and others. To examinated, so, juridical of correction of connections in criminal law, institutes of criminal law.
