THE CORPORATE NATURE OF LEGAL RELATIONS BETWEEN JOINT STOCK COMPANY AND ITS BODIES

Abstract
In the article investigates the problem of corporate nature in legal relations between joint stock company and subjects, which serve as authorized bodies of joint stock company. Based on research author substantiate that legal relations which appear in process of corporate management between joint stock companies and subjects, which serve as authorized bod- ies of them, are corporate legal relations and includes in a system of economic relations.
