THE CREATION OF MEMO COMPLEXES AS A STRATAGEM OF INFORMATION WARS OF MODERN TIMES

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of non-researched kind of information wars of the Modern times. The special attention is paid to the functioning of aggressive memocomplexes in the context of relationship between Russian Federation and Ukraine as the constituent of Russian foreign political activity nowadays. The issue of interdependence between political terminology and political course of the state is analyzed as well.
