THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPETENCE APPROACH OF TEACHING PHYSICS IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The article describes the main methodological aspects of teaching physics in high school on the basis of a competent approach. It is noted that the competence approach in physics classes includes: the ability of students to see and apply physics in real life; the ability to build and explore a physical model; explain the results; conduct experiments and experiments with physical phenomena and processes; to solve theoretical and applied problems connected with real situations in life. Comparison of the components of the general structure of traditional and competent approaches to the organization of training activities in physics is carried out. It has been proved that methods of self-development, self-actualization of the student, which allow him to search for himself and to understand ways of solving problems, should prevail in the study of physics in high school.
