The Influence of CBA Performance on Competition Loyalty—chain multiple mediating effects based on perceived value and psychological participation

Abstract

In order to further explore the influence of competition performance on competition loyalty, and the chain intermediary role of fans' perceived value and psychological participation in this process, this study constructed and tested the model of the influence of competition performance on competition loyalty through Delphi method, literature review and mathematical statistics. The results show that competition performance has a significant positive impact on competition loyalty; Perceived value and psychological participation have multiple mediating effects between competition performance and competition loyalty. In view of this, this paper gives corresponding suggestions on how to strengthen the competition loyalty through multiple channels, such as competition performance management, enhancing fans' perceived value and promoting fans' psychological participation. I hope this research can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for fans' competition loyalty.
