THE INTEGRATION APPROACH FOR THE CORPORATE ENTERPRISES COMPETITIVE POSITIONING

Abstract
The article contains the representation of the corporate integration processes as the basis for the business association competitive positioning. The fields of economic entities competitive advantages manifestation are identified. The features of the use of such field by corporate integrated associations are submitted. The system of synergy effects of integration interaction is determined. This system is the basis for the development of an integration strategy for corporate enterprises competitiveness increasing. The matrix approach to the strategy choice and parameters of corporate enterprises competitive positioning identification is developed. The root causes of the en-terprise competitive advantages achievement by the integration basis are detailed.
