THE LANDMARKS OF MODERN FOREIGN LANGUAGES TEACHER PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with the analyses of the existing normative documents and scientific researches on the problem of changes in education in the whole and in teaching foreign languages in particular in the context of European integration processes in order to align theory and teaching practice at secondary school with interna- tional standards and modern requirements, as well as the search for effective teaching strategies, determining the specifics of XXI century foreign language teacher’s professional activity.
