THE NEED OF DRASTIC CHANGES IN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article is an attempt to briefl y outline current problems of education, particularly higher education, which today issued contradictory, controversial, although relating to improving its quality to date leading countries. It is proved that the dramatic changes in the system of national education cause not only the transformation of content and functions of certain areas of public relations, and a necessary condition for optimizing the national economy through the development of new goals, programs, projects, technologies, intellectual capital as a whole. It is noted that in order to implement the principle of «education for life» should be primarily transform and adapt the content of new knowledge to modern realities, give them action-practical, educational saturate the domestic industry suffi cient resources to it and create conditions for free development.
