THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF STATE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROCESS OF PROVISION OF SERVICEMEN TO HOUSING AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract
The state of housing of servicing of servicemen was analyzed and it was discovered that this category of citizens has significant problems with the realization of their right to housing. It has been established that giving loans for housing construction with economically adequate indicators for these categories of persons does not find its proper implementation. The rate of housing construction for military servicemen, who are currently in military service and among dismissed servicemen is investigated. The necessity of comprehensive social protection of military servicemen for the defense of the state is substantiated.
