Abstract
This article examines the peculiarities of the adoption, implementation and application of the “squeeze-out” and “sell-out” mechanisms in terms of adopted amendments to the Law “About corporations” with regard to Ukrainian reality. Aforementioned procedures were rewieved through the prism of the foreign court practice. While analyzing both positive and negative aspects were taken into account.
