THE POTENTIAL OF TEACHER'S LEADERSHIP AND ITS MANIFESTATION

Abstract

Leadership is a long-known phenomenon in the society; its proper use can bring a lot of positive changes, effective results for an organization or a leader depending on a situation and a context. However, nowadays more often this phenomenon is also transferred into the frame of a school by disclosing the importance of leadership for a school, its community members. Teacher's leadership becomes important object in research. The article examines the issue of potential of teacher's leadership. Part 1 of the article provides basis for concept and structure of potential of teacher's leadership. Part 2 provides basis for the study methodology. Part 3 of the article provides key outcomes of manifestation of the potential of teacher's leadership.
