The procedural characteristics for the use of direct economic and legal means to ensure the effective use of public funds

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the procedure for the use of direct economic and legal means to ensure the effective use of public funds. The main stages of the application of various types of direct economic and legal means of ensuring the effective use of public funds are described. On the basis of the analysis, the features of the procedure are revealed.
