Journal Title: The Journal of International Social Research - Year 2017, Vol 10, Issue 52
Abstract
Counterproductive work behaviors, which can be an important risk factor for organizations to achieve their goals, can emerge for a variety of reasons. The ability to understand the mechanisms of the formation of counterproductive work behaviors are important for minimizing such behavior. In this study, the moderating role of organization culture in the relationship between counterproductive work behaviors and lidership style was investigated and the data obtained from Turkish logistics sector employees were used. Research findings show that there is a direct and partial relationship between these three.
