THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF ANTI-CRISIS PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF TERRITORIES

Abstract
The article explores issues of crisis management of public territories, experience of its application in modern conditions in Ukraine. In the article the author outlines the main principles for the implementation of the anti-crisis public management of the territories. The author notes that the implementation of public administration in the state assumes the existence of a unified system of bodies, mechanisms and general principles for their implementation in the system of public authority. The necessity of existence and improvement of the anti-crisis public administration is substantiated, which is caused by the regularity of occurrence of crisis phenomena in socio-economic systems that have a cyclical development.
