TYPES AND RISK FUNCTIONS IN BUSINESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of entrepreneurship risks’ functions and types. There were analyzed scientists’ points of view according functions of risks in different branches of law, identified specific functions of risks in entrepreneurship, formulated functions of risks in entrepreneurship. In this work are considered different points of view of the researchers due the classification of risks in entrepreneurship. Also are proposed criteria for entrepreneurship risks classification: origin, level of legal regulation, branch affiliation, consequences, duration, will, form, degree of type, degree of justification, possibility of assessment and regulation, insurance possibility, sources of origin, scale of influence, level of losses, character.
