TYPES OF CIVIL AND LEGA L LIABILITY IN THE SPHERE OF APPLYING ACCESSARY REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The doctrinal approaches to the notion of “civil and legal liability” have been studied in the article. The author has concluded that the contractual civil and legal liability is the priority in the sphere of applying accessary reproductive technologies, but the tort civil and liability is also possible. The scope and forms of the contractual civil and legal liability are determined by agreements that mediate relations in the sphere of accessary reproductive technologies.
