WORLD EXPERIENCE OF USAGE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN SECURITY ACTIVITIES

Abstract
Analysis of scientific pedagogical sources, as well as the study of experience of usage of computer technologies during teaching of different subjects in vocational education compared to the experience of other countries and, above all, highly developed, suggests that there isa number of problems during the usage of information and communication technologies in the educational process, and training to address them insufficient. Purpose.To analyze the international experience of using information technologies in the process of professional training of future specialists in the sphere. Results. In the United States with the usage of ICT expand the means of teaching students: 1) provided assistance to students in the learning process; 2) there are tools for communication in the learning process (this can be done through the web interface, multimedia, multimedia presentations); 3) contribute to the emergence of online communities where students can support each other in research and to develop a deeper understanding of new concepts, share resources, work together outside of the university and to the expertise, guidance and support. In the education system in the United States at all levels used the possibility of Internet technologies to measure the students ' knowledge that gives the ability to use assessment data for continuous improvement of the learning process. Britain belongs to a small group of European countries, where at the legislative level adopted standards for the usage of information technologies in teaching different subjects. The UK now has the most detailed standards among European countries. In fact, thanks to information technology Open University was basedy: marstudio created an effective knowledge base for quality assurance, creating a certain way “design that enables organizational learning and dissemination of good practice” [2]; introduced and improved new forms and 125 means of training and professional growth; created a separate distance learning special program of courses and projects, in particular, online or e-learning courses for various groups wishing to study; made fundamental advances in such areas as educational methodology, information technology; the transition in education from the usage of the individual methods in integrated training technologies, wide application of division of labor, system and network approaches that provided high quality in mass services. Originality. World experience of usage of information technologies in the process of professional training of future specialists in security activity is thoroughly analysed; systematization information technology in education in the UK and USA. Conclusion. In many countries, computer technology training used for decades, and their experience provides an opportunity not only from different points of view to appreciate their positive qualities, but also to identify negative as well as related problems and effects. Therefore, the study of the experience of other countries can be useful to determine strategies for using information and communication technologies (ICT) in the education sector, as the computerization of the learning process has some negative consequences. Prospects for further research is to examine the possibilities of using Ukraine's experience of training of future specialists in security activities, accumulated in other countries.
