Basic tendencies of development, prospects and possibilities of providing of steady development of machine-building enterprises, are in Ukraine

Abstract

In the article the problems of machine-building, that present a threat to steady development and economic security in Ukraine was discussed. Сertain next indexes of estimation of the modern state of engineer of country: economic firmness and profitability, social-and-ecological responsibility of economic activity of enterprises; safety of productions, productive potential and modernisation, social terms of labour and support, allows to mean the factors of providing and obstacles of steady development of machine-building enterprises were certain in the article. Certainly, that in a country the current tendencies of decline of production of goods of machine-building enterprises and industry are traced on the whole. Reasons of decline of constancy of machine-building industry were set and essence of new calls Ukraine appeared before that is certain. In the article the method of "SWOT - analysis" is used for determination of basic factors that present a threat to steady development of machine-building enterprises, and also for establishment of factors that determine the future prospects of their development. Drawn conclusion, that the terms of steady development of engineer now are forming of mechanisms of support of production due to the instruments of government control and market self-regulation of machine-building enterprises, in thereby ecologically-economic and social character. Basic directions of state support of engineer were certain: the favourable financing and crediting, adjusting of market (price, foreign trade, increase of the budgetary financing of innovative activity, optimization of custom collections that create priority terms for domestic machine-building enterprises), support of development is innovative active enterprises and ecologically directed productions (a government order, grants and subsidies, is on innovations and updating) taking into account basic calls and problems of machine-building industry.
