DISCRIMINATION: CONCEPT, SIGNS

Abstract
The definitions of discrimination, which are presented in the regulations and the legal literature, are analyzed in the article. The characteristics of discrimination are described. The author explains that discrimination is complex and ambiguous phe nomenon with positive and negative aspects.
