KOGNITIVNO8DEYATEL’NOSTNYY OF KOMPONENT AS FINE-TUNING OF COMPETITIVENESS OF FUTURE NAVIGATORS

Abstract
In the context of social and economic changes, the problem of competitive specialists becomes problem of today. Therefore, the maritime universities are challenged to prepare such specialists who can compete at decent level with experts around the world. Shaping of competitive specialists has been the subject of research recently, but every year gets dynamics and distributed to various scientific fields. Relatively pedagogical research problems of training competitive specialist in domestic and foreign scientific literature should be emphasized that it studied recently. The purpose of the article. To prove the relevance of forming competitiveness of future navigators and describe the component structure appointed phenomenon and introduce semantic richness cognitive)activity component. In our view, the competitiveness of future navigators is a complex dinamic entity that describes the high level of specialists qualification, set of professional knowledge and skills, including the ability to adapt to different socio)cultural environment, present themselves in the global labour market, personal qualities. As the structural components of the studied construct we distinguish adaptive, cognitive)activity and personal)regulatory. The role of adaptive component is very important in shaping the future navigators who investigates the construct. Because the future competitive specialists focus on domestic and international market, where there is a significant difference mentalities of different nations, cultures and religions. Cognition involves the development of a system of knowledge and skills by mastering indicative framework for intellectual activity. The main criterion for cognitive component serves awareness that characterizes the level of training of specialist. Activity)component of the specified component of competitiveness involves the development of skills, techniques by practical training, that promotes mastering activity of the navigator. Thus, acquiring a wide range of professional knowledge and skills enables future navigators to be assured in the context of their content and operational competence.
